Kate's Out of Town

Kate's in Florida at the AVMA conference.  She's been gone since Saturday, comes back tomorrow night.
While she's gone I've gotten the baby's room almost completely painted.  Almost because there's one wall of stuff that has nowhere to go right now, so I can't move it to paint that wall.  After the basement's done (almost there) then we'll be able to shuffle stuff around and finish painting this room.  The room badly needed to be re-painted, but I'm not so certain about the color.  We painted a bunch of color samples on one wall, and went with the one that we agreed on, but now that most of the room is done in that color, it sort of looks baby poop colored.  At least I think it does. 
Kate says that it's a warm color.  I have absolutely no idea how a color can be warm.
I also can't tell when colors match or clash, so I'm confident that the deficiency in the color analysis here is all mine.  I'm not colorblind, by the way.  I see colors just fine, I just don't see the relationships between them.  It's not a huge disability.  I've always worked in places that either had uniforms or blue jeans were acceptable, so that's not a problem.  When I need to dress up I ask for help.
Anyhow...
Kate says the color is warm.  Baby poop is likely warm (assuming it's attended to in a timely fashion), so I don't know that our respective interpretations can't both be right.
Kate has texted me a couple of times to say that EM is being very active in Florida.  She's in Orlando, so maybe he's reacting to the proximity of Disney World.
Kate gets back tomorrow.  I hope she's okay with the room color.
