I got the base for the car seat installed at the fire department. It turned out to be pretty easy. The only part that was frustrating was that the only user manual that came with the packaging was in Spanish, so I had to go out to the Baby Trend Website and print an English one. Bringing the manual was required fo r the installation, but they didn't even look at it.
Kate's going next week to get the additional base that we bought separately installed in her car. That one didn't come with a manual in any language, so I'll have to print that one as well (this base is different than the one in my car).
I built the crib last weekend with my buddy Chris. The mattress is covered and the sheet's on it, and there's tinfoil over the sheet so the cats stay off of it.
Nothing to do now but wait.
People keep asking me if I'm excited.
I'm not.
I expect that when the baby's born I'll transition very very quickly through excited to terrified.

Luckily, the human body can only take so much excitement or terror. You'll soon tranition to exhaustion. Can't wait to hear what full name you choose.

What is the hypothetical due date? I say hypothetical because EM will pick his birth day himself. Knowing Mark he'll be late as well as good looking!
