We have an ultrasound tomorrow morning at seven am. I personally think it's a bad idea to set the expectation for the child that that's a reasonable time to be someplace, but nobody asked me about it.

Wait until the kid's a teenager. The only way to get them anywhere at that kind of hour is to strap them to a gurney.
